Patabamba Vivencial Tour

At 7.00 a.m. we start travelling for 1 hour towards the Patabamba community where we will be received by a friendly welcome. We will stop on the way at the Qorao Viewpoint to take photos of the Sacred Valley.

Then we will visit the house of the Aniceto Marcachea Association, which is entirely dedicated to the preservation of the iconographies of the city´s Andean textiles. The community will show us the different plants they use for medicinal purposes and for preparing the natural dyes they use on their textiles. The settlers will teach to us how to prepare their dyes and dye their weaves.
